What is The Edge?
EDGE provides high energy fitness and training programs to help you meet or exceed your fitness and athletic performance goals. Our unique programs are focused on fine-tuning your fitness regimen and developing techniques to help you get "the edge" over the competition. EDGE has a full range of dynamic programs that enable you to get fit fast and develop speed, agility, power, coordination and flexibility to push you beyond your current athletic abilities.
What are the Programs?
MMA Powered by Impact Jiu-Jitsu
Learn principles, techniques, and strategies from such martial arts as: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, and Kickboxing from certified MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches and professional and amateur Mixed Martial Artists. The program will be non-contact to light contact, focusing more on the technical aspect of the fight game. An emphasis on "Fight Ready" conditioning will be implemented. Get your cardio pushed to the limit, learn proper self-defense and experience the transformation of your body and confidence.

Dynamic Group Training
Enhance your core strength and stability while improving coordination, flexibility, and mental focus. Developed by Personal Trainer Marlin Bernabe, the class fuses non-conventional strength training with an emphasis on traditional training methodology. All fitness levels are welcome. Your first visit is FREE.
Members: $119/month; $15/class

Kettlebell Group Training
Join Trainers Sean Oelke and Oscar Frias for professional kettlebell workouts guaranteed to burn fat, increase lean muscle, and improve cardio fitness and flexibility. Exercises are performed by grasping the kettlebell handle and completing different movements geared towards maximum results, regardless of the intended goal.

The EDGE Performance Training
This dynamic six-week program is specifically designed to help athletes of all ability levels maximize their true competitive potential. Our coaches are committed to training with the intensity, discipline, and focus necessary for athletic success. Pre and post performance evaluation is also available. Join at any time.

TRX Full Body Blast
Get more core conditioning with TRX suspension training. Join Personal Trainer Shannon Miller in this exciting new class. Dynamic training with TRX suspension straps is sure to challenge you. Increase your core stability and get what you want from your workouts. All fitness levels are welcome.
Members: $12/30-minutes; $20/per hour
Guests: $15/30-minutes; $25/per hour
UFC 13 Saturday
Join Trainers Marlin Bernabe and Shaun Ryan for this 90-minute Ultimate Fitness Class. Get a full body workout combining Dynamic Group Training and MMA Conditioning formats. Classes are held the first and third Saturdays of every month.
Members: $20/class; $30/month
