At the beginning of your 12-week weight loss journey, you will meet with a Wellness Advisor to determine your personal values, to set goals and to review your health data. At the weekly lifestyle workshops, not only will you learn skills to eat healthier and manage your stress at home and at work, you will have support to set a weekly action plan for eating, exercise and relaxation. At the end of the 12 weeks, the Wellness Advisor will review your progress and help you set a weight maintenance plan. NuShape Essentials $199
NuShape Personal Touch
In addition to all the components of NuShape Essentials (the workshop series) the Personal Touch package also provides six one-on-one counseling sessions with our nutritionist and three personal training sessions during your 12-week program.
