HYROX Simulation Day

Your HYROX race is right around the corner! Are you ready to put your training to the test? Join us for HYROX Simulation Day, where you’ll experience the energy and intensity of a race-style environment before stepping onto the official competition floor.

Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX or chasing a new personal best, this is your opportunity to practice your pacing, perfect your transitions, test your endurance, and identify those final areas for improvement before race day.

Compete in Singles or team up for Doubles, and put your training into action alongside fellow HYROX athletes.

Bring your cheering squad! Friends and family are welcome to attend as spectators for FREE. We’ll also have vendors on-site to add to the race-day atmosphere.

Train with purpose. Race with confidence. Get ready for race day!
