Rev32 is an 8-week workout program to help you take control of your health through small group workouts, nutrition services, and support.
- An 8-week, 32-session program with small group workouts located at ClubSport Aliso Viejo led by an elite personal trainer (4x per week). Option to do the program virtually with live, real-time, interactive small group workouts that you can do from anywhere in the USA.
- Ability to take Rev32 on the go with convenient access to virtual workouts while traveling or on vacation.
- Personalized nutrition coaching with specific macronutrient (protein, fat, and carb) ratios to determine optimal nutrient needs and weight loss goals.

3 Options to Choose From
In-Person
If you’re motivated by working out with others then this is the perfect choice for you where you can work out with your small group right at the club.
Virtual
Need the flexibility of working out from anywhere? Our virtual option is perfect for anyone who travels often, doesn’t live near one of our club locations, or just wants the freedom to roll right out of bed and into your workout.
Hybrid
Get the best of both worlds by choosing our hybrid option. You can choose to do some workouts in-person and some virtually depending on your schedule.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do the workouts work?
We offer several workouts throughout the day so that you can choose the time that works best for your schedule. We encourage you to pick and stick with a consistent schedule but don’t worry, if you can’t make it to a workout, you can switch times or we’ll send you the recording to do on your own.
What days and times are the workouts?
We offer several classes throughout the week for you to choose from. Below is a sample schedule but please note these times may change slightly based on enrollment.
Virtual Classes
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays: 6:45am (PST) and 9:00am (PST)
Saturdays: 8:00am
In-Person Classes at ClubSport Aliso Viejo
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays: 6:30am and 9:00am
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays: 5:30pm
Are the virtual workouts live?
Yes! You will log into Zoom and work out with your Rev32 coach and your small group of teammates. But this is NOT a one-way workout. Your coach will interact with you and the group throughout the entire workout. Your coach will be able to make live and instant modifications to any exercise so that you can push yourself enough to see results but not too much that you cause injury or a long recovery time. The goal for each class is for you to feel that you worked hard…but you should feel energized as well! Please note: if you’re a ClubSport Aliso Viejo member you have the choice of doing in-person workouts at the club, virtual workouts, or a hybrid option.
What equipment will I need?
For participants doing the virtual program, your Rev32 coach will assess what equipment you have (if any) and which items you may want to consider purchasing (either through us or elsewhere). A few sets of dumbbells, a mat, and a few resistance bands would be great! But for some of you, your own body weight and resistance may be enough to start. Your trainer will monitor your progression and make suggestions accordingly.
What fitness level do I need to be to a participant?
Rev32 is geared for ALL fitness levels. Whether you are new to fitness or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our individualized and progressive program will customize every workout and every nutrition plan to meet your needs and reach your goals.
And, what about my nutrition?
Rev32 is so much more than a workout program. Without focusing on your nutrition, you will not see your body’s optimal results. The combination of healthy eating and progressive workouts is what packs the one-two punch of success. Our Rev32 nutrition coach will guide you step-by-step on how to track your calories, provide shopping guides, recipes, dining out guides, and other resources so when you finish this program, you will be empowered to know how to continue with your success.
