A combination of mindfulness and guided movements work together to align your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or looking for a beginner yoga class near you, one of our 20+ classes per week is sure to fit your schedule, level, and mood.
This is a twist off of your typical yoga class. You’ll be guided through basic yoga techniques with an emphasis on the core, posture, and foundational strength to elevate your level of fitness. You’ll feel energized and stand taller as you flow through dynamic movements, resistance bands or bells, yoga postures, balance training, and foam rolling. Classes are basic for newcomers while offering progressive resistance and instability for experienced yogis.
Fusion Flow Yoga
This class draws on various styles of yoga to form a fusion that allows participants to explore different styles of practice. Types of yoga utilized include Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, Yang, Kundalini, and Iyengar. Fusion Flow Yoga fuses the benefits of various yoga styles into one amazing adventure. All levels are welcome!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa Breath to Movement Practice that will focus on building heat, strength, and flexibility.
Slow Flow Yoga
This class will guide you through a traditional series of yoga poses with a smooth steady pace incorporating slow flows and holds. The practice of yoga will promote a sound healthy body and peaceful mind. Modifications will be given. All levels are welcome!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A vigorous flow style of yoga that links breath with movement, this challenging sequence of postures builds heat, strength, and flexibility while focusing on proper alignment. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
This class is yoga at its deepest, quietest, stillest moments. Poses are held for 2-6 minutes to allow the body to relax and to open the joints and fascia for improved flexibility. This class is a great remedy for stress relief, for athletes of all ages, and is an important complement to the vinyasa practice. All levels are welcome!
