Alisha Sullivan

Group Fitness Instructor

Alisha Sullivan has been in the fitness industry since 1987. She received her BA in Recreation and Leisure from LBSU. Alisha spent most of her childhood Ice skating competitively and joined the Ice Capades Chalet to coach when she finished college. She spent several years on the ice choreographing routines for kids. During this time she has taught for several health clubs teaching all formats of group fitness. Her favorite being indoor cycling! Alisha has also been a group fitness director for two clubs in the OC. She is passionate at what she does and loves to meet new people every day. Alisha met her husband in her class in 1991 married and had two beautiful kids. She hopes to continue teaching forever!
