Katie was born and raised in New York, is a mother of three sons, and loves growing her own food in her backyard greenhouse. She developed a passion for health at a young age due to many battles with cancer, obesity, and an autoimmune disease. She has been a Bodyworker, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Post-Rehab Trainer for over 30 years. Katie believes in a holistic approach to wellness and helps support her clients with all of her health skills.
