Junior Boxing Fundamentals

This class aims to provide a fun and safe learning environment, offering the beginner boxer a chance to progress to a fitness boxer and, potentially, an amateur boxer. Under the guidance of Boxing Coach Domenic Jimenez, participants will develop fundamental techniques, build self-confidence and self-awareness, and enhance strength, agility, and coordination. Gloves are required.
