Pilates Reformer training is a low-impact workout with high rewards. You’ll become fit and flexible through joint-friendly lengthening and strengthening exercises. From the person rehabbing an injury to the advanced athlete, these workouts are for everyone.

Class Schedule
Mondays, 9:30 am with Brooke – free demo classes available during the month of May!
Mondays, 5:30 pm with Elizabeth
Wednesdays, 7:00 am with Elizabeth

Classes are 1x per week, $125 per month. Enrollment is required and space is limited.
No make-up classes.

How to Enroll
– Open the ClubSport App and select the Member Account tile to log in to your ClubSport Member Account or click here to go directly to your account.
– From the dropdown menu under My Activities, click Class Schedule, select the month or the Category, click on Pilates and navigate to the course you would like to book.
– Select the course and click Sign Up. Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be enrolled for the entire month of classes.

If you are enrolled in a course from the standby list, you will receive an email confirmation of automatic enrollment up to 7 days prior to the course start date when a spot opens up.
