Elizabeth is a certified Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates instructor training clients on the reformer, chair, barre, and mat Pilates. She also holds a bachelor’s degree and a California state teaching credential. Elizabeth is passionate about Pilates and has seen amazing results with her clients through strengthening and stretching. Core abdominal muscles grow stronger which supports posture and relieves back pain. Elizabeth believes the power of Pilates can change a person’s life. She teaches her clients how to achieve a strong body and a clear mind, and to empower themselves with a confident spirit.
