Brandon Chavez

Group Fitness Instructor

Group Fitness Instructor, Brandon Chavez, has been a performer since birth. With a background in classical music and stage performance from a young age, he has always had a passion for being part of something bigger than himself. From dancing at family gatherings as a child to playing flute and piccolo in the marching band as a teenager, movement and expression have always been at the core of his journey.

In early 2020, Brandon discovered Zumba, transforming his love for performance into a love for fitness. Teaching group fitness became the perfect way to combine his passion for being in front of a group with his desire to help others. Since then, he has been leading high-energy, engaging classes that inspire movement and joy.

Brandon is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a licensed Zumba instructor, with certifications in Stages Cycling and AquaFit. Outside of the fitness studio, he can often be found at the beach, relaxing with a book in hand, or at the movies enjoying the latest comedy or thriller.

He firmly believes that movement is medicine. In a world where so much time is spent in sedentary positions, he encourages everyone to find what moves and motivates them—whether it’s yoga, Zumba, weightlifting, or anything in between. His goal is to inspire others to stay active and discover the joy of movement in their own way.
