Erin Woodbury

Group Fitness Instructor

Erin has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years, working as a master trainer, educator, presenter, and program creator for 5+ years. Her love of fitness stems from her background as a lifeguard and swimmer growing up in Huntington Beach, and later in the Virgin Islands. Along with her general certifications, Erin has been trained in boxing, TRX, mat Pilates, kettlebells, HIIT, functional core, and more. Later in her fitness career, Erin added nutrition certifications to her repertoire, which led to a new passion and career as a media chef, meal plan creator, and cookbook author. She’s currently a recipe development freelancer for companies and influencers. When she’s not cooking and exercising, you’ll find her jogging, paddle boarding, or making fun and healthy foods with her three kids.
