Heather Breen
Group Fitness Instructor & RGT Coach
Group Fitness Instructor, Heather Breen, is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. A former competitive figure skater, Heather has always been passionate about fitness. After being sidelined by an injury, she discovered indoor cycling classes and so her journey began.
Heather is certified in multiple formats, including TRX, Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and cycle. What she loves most about coaching is connecting with members. Her goal is to share her joy of fitness with everyone from seasoned athletes to newcomers. When she’s not at the club, you can find her riding her bike by the ocean or at the movies.
