Lisa Andrew

Group Fitness Instructor

Group Fitness Instructor, Lisa Andrew, has an M.S. in Nutrition and, B.S. in Kinesiology and Biomechanics, and is a Registered Dietitian. She is also a published author and an international presenter and educator for the International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA). Her nutritional expertise is broad and includes Cardiac Rehabilitation, Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Adult and Adolescent Weight Management, Athletic Performance, Pre and Postnatal Nutrition among others.

Lisa Andrew is married with three children and her fitness background covers over 30 years of personal training and group fitness. She holds certifications in Hormone Balance and Eating Disorders as well as many formats of group fitness and group training including Indoor Cycle, TRX, Yoga, Aqua, Heart Rate Training, Trigger Point Therapy, VIPER, Cycle, Strong, Lower Body Sculpting, Boot Camp, Core, Restore and Release, Step, and more.
