Suzy Aoude

Group Fitness Instructor

Suzy is a certified fitness professional specializing in group fitness classes and training. She teaches many formats including kickboxing, Zumba, strength training, cycle, and everything in between.

Suzy has a fascination with nutrition and loves to cook authentic dishes from scratch. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, she worked in accounting and finance, which is what her degrees are concentrated in. Suzy earned a BBA in accounting and an MBA in Finance both from the University of Michigan.

In 2019, Suzy moved to Orange County with her husband and three kids. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, spending weekends at the beach, and learning to master pickleball. In addition to fitness, she is a certified permanent makeup/microblading artist and a licensed esthetician. She truly loves all things health and beauty and loves to inspire those with similar ambitions.
