1 Inbody Health Analysis + Goal Setting
InBody520 tests your body composition to provide a comprehensive analysis that will shed light on your overall health. Best of all, it does so without pinching or dunking you in a water tank. Simply stand on the base and hold the arms. After 60 seconds, your test will be over and you’ll have the information necessary to revamp your health and fitness.

Appointment #1:
Your first appointment is all about setting you on the path to success. We’ll begin by diving into your goals, aspirations, needs, and any special requests you may have. Then, we’ll thoroughly review your health, exercise, diet, and injury history to tailor a fitness plan just for you.
During this session, we’ll also conduct an InBody health assessment, providing valuable insights into your current status. After discussing the results, we may even include some stretching or floor work if time permits.
Appointment #2:
In your second appointment, we’ll start by recapping your first session and setting the agenda for the day. We’ll then dive into your exercise plan, providing demonstrations and guiding you through exercise selections to ensure you’re comfortable and confident.
After the workout, we’ll give you the opportunity to ask any questions or seek clarification. Finally, we’ll provide you with a personalized workout plan, offer continuation options, and conclude on a positive note, empowering you to continue your fitness journey with enthusiasm and confidence.
