Push-up test single day challenge event

Step up to April’s RGT Single Day Challenge and put your push-up strength to the test. The Push-Up Test is all about mastering technique, building upper-body strength, and seeing how many quality reps you can complete when every rep counts. Get coached on proper form, dial in your plank stability, and challenge yourself to finish strong with your best push-up performance.

How It Works
Challenge: Push-Ups
Focus: Upper Body Strength & Core Stability
Format: Complete as many push-ups as possible. Each repetition must meet the coach’s standard.
Squat Type: Choose your format — standard plank push-ups or modified knee push-ups.

Members: Free
Non-Members: Every 18th of the month is free guest day. Bring a guest to join in on the challenge! Simply email us at info_rcsav@clubsports.com with your friend’s information to get pre-registered, and you’re all set to work out, play, or relax with your friend at the club. All guests must pre-register, sign in at the kiosk, and show a photo ID.
