Squat Type: Choose your format: bodyweight, goblet, front squat, or back squat

Non-Members: Every 18th of the month is free guest day. Bring a guest to join in on the challenge! Simply email us at info_rcsav@clubsports.com with your friend’s information to get pre-registered, and you’re all set to work out, play, or relax with your friend at the club. All guests must pre-register, sign in at the kiosk, and show a photo ID.
