Step up to February’s Single Day Challenge and put your squat to the test. The Squat Standard is all about dialing in technique, building lower-body strength, and proving what you can do when every rep matters. Learn the foundations of power with focused coaching, refine your form, and finish strong with a 10-minute squat density test.

Focus: Squat technique & Lower Body Strength
Format: Complete a 10-minute squat density test and accumulate as many quality reps as possible
Squat Type: Choose your format: bodyweight, goblet, front squat, or back squat

Members: Free
Non-Members: Every 18th of the month is free guest day. Bring a guest to join in on the challenge! Simply email us at info_rcsav@clubsports.com with your friend’s information to get pre-registered, and you’re all set to work out, play, or relax with your friend at the club. All guests must pre-register, sign in at the kiosk, and show a photo ID.
