This FREE program for kids ages 11-14 builds strength, speed, and power through fun, progressive workouts that boost confidence, coordination, and performance. Whether playing a sport or simply getting stronger, kids gain athletic skills, teamwork, and self-belief that carry from the gym to the field and beyond.
