- Row x 500 Meters
- Ladder Drill
- TRX 20/20 – Atomic Pushup and Low Row
- Farmer’s Carry x 52 Yards
- Wall Ball x 20 Reps – must hit the target!
- Skierg x 300 Meters
- Box Flip x 5 Reps
- Basketball – Make 3 Baskets
- Pullups x 5 Reps
- Sled Push x 26 Yards to the Finish Line!
