Michael Des Gaines focuses on fitness and health with a 360-degree approach, teaching the importance of nutrition, proper functional workouts, and mindset. Michael’s workouts are equal parts informative, challenging, and fun. With a background in corrective exercise, his goal is to get you to feel better, move better, and live better.
